Buying into a retirement village is a high value, life changing decision.  Stockland owns more than 60 villages nationally and is constantly working to fill the enquiry pipeline with qualified leads, a target of 30,000 per year.

The brief was to develop a multi-channel campaign that not only generated lead acquisition, but also positioned Stockland as the dominant brand and market leader in the highly competitive retirement sector.
